Arabian Leopards (Panthera pardus nimr) are a critically endangered subspecies of leopard. With less than 150 remaining in the wild, they are extremely rare and each individual is quite valuable to the survival of the species. Sadly, they are still captured for zoos. This existence, though possibly educational, is not one they deserve. I purposefully included the bars of its cage in this shot to show even though this animal is truly beautiful; it is crippled by the pressures put on by humans.
